​Dawn's recognition in the industry as an expert resulted in her being only one of two hand-selected experts to support Congressional staffers through safety training in the wake of Congresswoman Gabbie Giffords' 2011 shooting. In 2019, she was once again selected by the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), this time as the sole speaker, to Congressional staff and families in managing safety concerns and navigating hostile situations with constituents.

Dawn has been advising companies of all sizes in the areas of employment practices and contractual compliance since 2007. She holds a Juris Doctor degree, an MBA, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. With a unique leadership background that spans Contracts, Human Resources, Executive Management, and technology expertise, she is of great value as both an advisor and expert witness.
